10. Moderate risk patients require a virtual or live visit, and high-risk patients need a live and a follow up – How do you want us to direct the patient to schedule within our autoresponder.

11. We have national billing company who are experts with our care navigation codes they will submit on your behalf. 

12. They charge 10% and you can never owe more than 50% of what we collect on your behalf.

13. At the same time the patient will be offered to either manually control their own health records or subscribe to real time health records. If they subscribe you are paid $1 per subscriber per month.

14. We will show you a collection report and then you pay us 50% net, and we pay you for health records subscriptions.

15. If you like Pilot, simply continue under the same terms by connecting all individual patients to their specific medically necessary services. This is where we get the balance of that $333,901.
